• BILLING (WATER & ELECTRICITY) Monthly electricity and water billing advice for commercial and residential complexes based on actual readings taken. We take the readings for each unit/house/office/building and issue the client with a ‘Billing Advice’ which shows the exact calculation of the account to be issued to the resident by the Landlord, BC or HOA. This service includes a comparison between the bulk meter and the individual meters to detect possible leaks/losses. • WATER LEAK DETECTION – MANUAL We take meter readings on a weekly basis of the bulk meter to aid in early leak detection. A normal threshold is determined and consumption above this threshold will be reported. • WATER & ELECTRICITY REVIEW
Once provided with all the necessary information, Beukes Analytica will analyse and review the client’s water- and/or electricity income, expenses, usage and recovery to determine where any losses are most likely coming from.
• 3rd PARTY REVIEW We review the income and expenses generated by 3rd Party Resellers (Pre-Paid). We assess their billing method and calculations, evaluate the condition of all meters and determine whether/where any losses occur.
