Robotic surgery refers to minimally invasive procedures and performed with the use of advanced surgical robots. Robotic surgery is performed through small incisions similar to traditional laparoscopy whereby the abdomen is first insufflated with CO2 and then instrument ports placed. The instruments are held by robotic arms and are controlled by a surgeon operating from an ergonomically designed console in the same theatre. Our doctors have the experience of more than 300 operations every year through robotic surgery for different kinds of disease. Contact to book your appointment with our doctors.
