Our Company have been trading since December 2014, mainly focussing on Student Accommodation. We want to apply our skills and expertise and focus on the Management of Residential Houses, Flats, Small Holdings and Townhouses also. We provide the following services to Owners at no extra cost: Advertising properties on all social platforms. Procuring tenants for the PROPERTY in accordance with the lease requirements or on such other basis as may be acceptable to the LANDLORD, upon the terms and conditions contained in the standard Lease Agreement. LUKISA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will perform the standard credit and reference checks on the prospective tenants. We also attend to the collection of arrear rentals and take action by blacklisting tenants if needed. Attend to essential repairs and maintenance. Incoming and outgoing inspections. Report all repairs and maintenance to the owners if the cost will be above R1000.00 or more. We have our own qualified plumbers and electricians to attend to plumbing and electrical problems.
