Wellness Path offers a free discovery session that consists of a one on one session where we dig into your life to establish if you are ready for life coaching sessions. We take a look at possible areas you would like to work on and establish if you are ready to take the leap.
One on one sessions allows you to realize your mindset, understand your values in life and formulate goals and actionable plans to get there. With these sessions we keep you accountable and on track to reaching these goals, mindset changes, habit changes and life changes.
Our workshops are designed with specific outcomes in mind, for example understanding your values and setting goals, taking care of yourself and identifying your energy zappers, managing relationships, losing weight and so on.
Our enrichment classes allows you to focus for eight weeks on a specific element in your life, like wellness, productivity or getting the job of your dreams.
